Implementing Campaign Manager - External Integrations
|
Note: |
Campaign Designer and Campaign Manager File Compatibility: Files previously used for Omni Channel Tactis in Campaign Manager can be re-used in Campaign Designer, but will have to be set up as a new External Agent in the new Admin function.. Files previously used as File Tactic Agents will now need to have an FTP Export process appended to them, to place the file in the desired location, if they are to be used in Campaign Designer, as the Campaign Designer Omni Channel Element no longer provides functionality to interrupt an FTP Export. |
Open the Settings menu from the slide out pane and select the External Agents option.
This will display the External Agents screen:
The left hand panel holds all External Agents that have been created and the right hand tabbed panel shows the details of the currently selected External Agent.
Note: |
Users of Campaign Designer and Campaign Manager will only be able to see External Agents assigned tot hat application and that they have permissions to view, when creating Campaigns. |
External Agents can have one of the following icons:
Campaign Manager External Agent - An External Agent for use in campaigns created in Campaign Manager.
Campaign Designer External Agent - An External Agent for use in Campaigns created in Campaign Designerr.
Invalid External Agent - Indicates a Campaign Manager or Campaign Designer External Agent that is not configured correctly. These cannot be selected in a Campaign until fixed.
This screen allows you to create a Campaign Designer External Agent, a Campaign Manager External Agent, Edit or Delete External Agents.
